At G&P Training (A subsidiary of Cox Integrative Services), our certified American Heart Association (AHA) instructors deliver high-quality training across a range of life-saving disciplines, including Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use, and First Aid. Business Model
We come to you! No matter where you are located, an accredited instructor is able to provide your training. We provide training on site for students regardless of whether they are at home or at work, making it convenient for students to receive their certification or recertification with minimal interruption to their daily schedule.

G&P Training proudly partners with businesses and government organizations throughout Maryland, Virginia, and the Washington, D.C. area. As demand grows, we are actively expanding our corporate training services across the United States. Whether you're seeking onsite training for a small team or large-scale certification programs for your workforce, we deliver flexible, AHA-compliant solutions tailored to your organization’s needs.
Group Trainings
Designed for three or more participants, our group classes offer a collaborative learning environment while maintaining instructional quality. There is no maximum class size; however, once a class exceeds a certain number of students, additional instructors may be assigned to ensure compliance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines and to maintain a high-quality learning experience for all participants.
Individual Classes
Ideal for students who prefer personalized, one-on-one instruction, our individual classes provide direct access to a certified G&P Training instructor. This format ensures customized guidance tailored to the student's pace, learning style, and specific goals.
Class List
G&P Training proudly offers a comprehensive range of American Heart Association (AHA)-certified classes, designed to meet the needs of individuals, healthcare professionals, and organizations. Our current course offerings include:
Basic Life Support (BLS) – For healthcare providers and medical personnel requiring certification in high-quality CPR and emergency cardiovascular care.
Heartsaver CPR – Covers CPR techniques for adults, children, and infants, ideal for non-medical personnel such as teachers, coaches, and caregivers.
Heartsaver AED – Focuses on the use of automated external defibrillators for adults, children, and infants.
Heartsaver CPR AED & First Aid – A combined course providing training in CPR, AED use, and basic first aid for adults, children, and infants.
Heartsaver Pediatric CPR – Specialized CPR training focused on infants and children, suitable for childcare providers, school staff, and parents.
Heartsaver Pediatric CPR AED & First Aid – A comprehensive course that includes CPR, AED, and first aid skills for pediatric emergencies, also covering adult response techniques.
